To the voters of Wentzville, Wright City, Foristell, Innsbrook and New Melle:

I’m a graduate of Francis Howell North High School. I’m writing this letter in recognition of one of my former educators, Bryan Spencer. He is running for Missouri state representative in the 63rd District.

Spencer has helped me throughout all four years of my high school career and is still doing to this day. Spencer is currently a Job Seeking Skills/American Government teacher at FHN.

I have cerebral palsy and utilize a wheelchair for mobility. Spencer got me my first job at Aramark Sports and Entertainment Inc. I worked as a designated driver coordinator for the River City Rascals for the last two summers, which I enjoyed very much. During my four years in attendance at FHN, I didn’t just see Spencer as an educator, I saw him as a mentor. He’s taught me that I can doing anything I set my mind to. I’ve just got to work a little harder than other people.

He’s the type of person that puts other people first. During my four years at FHN, Spencer offered to stay after school, come in on Saturdays, to help me complete assignments, study for tests, exams and finals. What I like about Spencer is he will let you do your work on your own. “Stay independent” and if you need help he will give it if you ask for it.

I think Spencer will make a difference in Jefferson City. I believe that Spencer has the dedication, experience and self discipline to change Missouri for the better. I hope people will vote for him for state rep.
